About Armor Stand
The Armor Stand is a placeable display stand for your equipment. Put it down, then right-click it with armor, a carved pumpkin, a mob head, or an elytra to put that gear on display. You can also give it a sword, shield, or other item to hold.
It is mostly used to show off rare armor sets, decorate builds, or keep a backup outfit ready in your base. Breaking the stand returns it along with any equipment it is holding, so you can safely move displays.
How to get Armor Stand
You get an Armor Stand by crafting it with six sticks and one smooth stone slab. The smooth stone slab comes from smooth stone, which you make by smelting regular stone in a furnace. Armor stands are not found in chests or sold by villagers, so crafting is the main way to get one.
