About Mud Bricks
Mud Bricks are a decorative building block with a warm, brownish look. They fit naturally into builds that use mud, packed mud, mangrove wood, or terracotta.
They are part of a full block family. Mud brick slabs, stairs, and walls are all available, so the block works well for roofs, paths, foundations, and detailed trim. Mud Bricks are purely decorative and do not have their own storage or redstone function.
How to get Mud Bricks
You can craft Mud Bricks by placing four packed mud in a square, which gives four bricks. Packed mud is made from one mud and one wheat, so the full chain usually starts by using a water bottle on dirt or gathering mud in a mangrove swamp.
Mud Bricks also generate as part of trail ruins. You can mine them there with a pickaxe, which makes trail ruins a useful source if you want to gather a few without crafting.
