About Stone Bricks
Stone Bricks are a neat building block with a tidy brick pattern. They look like a more finished version of Stone, which makes them useful for castles, cellars, and other builds where cobblestone would feel too rough.
You need a pickaxe to mine them. They come in a few related forms, including cracked stone bricks, mossy stone bricks, and chiseled stone bricks. Those variants work well for old or ruined builds.
How to get Stone Bricks
You can craft Stone Bricks by placing four Stone in a 2x2 square in your crafting grid. This gives four Stone Bricks. Stone itself is made by smelting cobblestone in a furnace, so you will need coal or another fuel if you plan to build a lot.
You can also find Stone Bricks naturally in strongholds, where they make up much of the structure. Just mine them with a pickaxe to take them home.
