About the Warped Sign
The Warped Sign is a decorative sign made from warped planks. You can place it on the ground or against the side of a block, then interact with it to type up to four lines of text. Like other signs, it is not solid, so players and mobs can pass through it.
Warped wood has one useful quirk: it does not burn, so these signs are safe around fire and lava. You can also dye the text with any dye, and use a glow ink sac to make the text glow in the dark.
How to get the Warped Sign
You can only get Warped Signs by crafting them. The recipe makes three signs from six warped planks and one stick. Warped planks come from warped stems, which grow in warped forests in the Nether. These signs are not found in chest loot or villager trades, so crafting is the only survival route.
