Birch Wood crafting recipe
Produces 3× Birch Wood.

- This is a shaped recipe, meaning the items must be placed in this specific arrangement on the grid.
- Birch Wood can be crafted directly in your inventory or in a crafting table.
About Birch Wood
Birch Wood is a decorative building block with the pale birch bark texture on all six faces. Unlike a Birch Log, which shows exposed ring textures on its ends, this block looks the same from every side. That makes it useful for beams, pillars, and other builds where you do not want log ends showing.
Key facts:
- Shows the birch bark texture on every face.
- Can be stripped with an axe to make Stripped Birch Wood.
- Works as furnace fuel, smelting one and a half items per block.
How to get Birch Wood
You can only get Birch Wood by crafting it. Place four Birch Logs in a 2x2 square in the crafting grid to make three Birch Wood blocks. Birch Logs come from chopping down birch trees, which are common in birch forests and some other wooded biomes. Birch Wood does not generate naturally in the world, so crafting is the only way to obtain it in survival.
