About Exposed Cut Copper Stairs
Exposed Cut Copper Stairs are cut copper stairs in the second stage of copper weathering. They have a faded, slightly mottled surface with early green flecks, which makes them a good choice for builds that need an aged look without going fully green.
They behave like other stairs: you can place them in corner or upside-down shapes, and they are purely decorative. The block gives off no light and does not interact with redstone.
If left unwaxed, these stairs will continue to weather into weathered and then oxidised stairs. You can use honeycomb to wax them at this stage, or an axe to scrape back oxidation.
How to get Exposed Cut Copper Stairs
You can craft them by putting six exposed cut copper blocks in the usual stair pattern, which gives four stairs. A stonecutter is more efficient per block: one exposed cut copper block makes one stair. You can also leave un-waxed cut copper stairs out until they age into this stage, then mine them with a pickaxe.
