About Oak Pressure Plate
The Oak Pressure Plate is a simple wooden switch. Step on it and it sends a redstone signal to anything touching it, then stops when you get off. Unlike stone pressure plates, wooden ones also trigger from items, arrows, and other mobs, which makes them useful for automatic doors, mob farms, and item detectors.
It can be placed on top of solid blocks and gives a full-strength redstone signal while pressed.
