About Black Bed
The black bed is a placeable bed that lets you skip the night and set your respawn point. Right-click it to sleep in the Overworld. Once you have slept in a bed, that bed becomes your new spawn point, as long as it stays in place and is not blocked.
Like other beds, a black bed does not work outside the Overworld. If you try to sleep in the Nether or the End, the bed explodes and can hurt you.
