About Cyan Concrete Powder
Cyan Concrete Powder is the loose, falling form of cyan concrete. Like sand and gravel, it is affected by gravity and falls if the block beneath it is removed. That makes it a little awkward for building before it has set.
The powder turns into solid Cyan Concrete when it touches water, including a water source block or flowing water. You can use this to shape and set the concrete exactly where you want it.
How to get Cyan Concrete Powder
You can only get Cyan Concrete Powder by crafting it. The recipe produces eight powder blocks from four sand, four gravel, and one cyan dye.
You can make cyan dye by combining blue dye and green dye. Concrete powder does not generate naturally in the world, and you will not find it in chests, so crafting is the only way to get it in survival.
