  • This is a shapeless recipe, meaning the items can be placed in any way on the grid.
  • Blue Concrete Powder requires a crafting table to craft.

About Blue Concrete Powder

Blue Concrete Powder is a gravity-affected building block. Like sand and gravel, it falls if there is no solid block beneath it. When water touches the powder, it hardens into solid blue concrete, so you can shape it first and then wet it to lock it in place.

Key facts:

  • Falls until it lands on a solid block.
  • Turns into blue concrete on contact with water.
  • Has a strong, bright blue colour.

This makes it useful for large blue builds and detailing. Because it falls, players usually place it in position and then add water, or drop it straight into water.

How to get Blue Concrete Powder

You can only get Blue Concrete Powder by crafting it. Combine four sand, four gravel, and one blue dye in a crafting grid to make eight powder blocks. Blue dye comes from lapis lazuli or cornflowers. Blue Concrete Powder does not generate naturally or appear in chests, so crafting is the only way to obtain it.
