About the Wooden Pickaxe

The wooden pickaxe is your first mining tool. It is slow and wears out quickly, but it can mine stone, coal ore, and other soft blocks so you can gather cobblestone and move on to stronger tools. It cannot mine iron ore or anything harder; the block simply breaks without dropping anything.

How to get the Wooden Pickaxe
