About the Piston

A Piston is a redstone-powered block that pushes other blocks, mobs, and players when it receives a redstone signal. When the signal stops, it retracts. A normal piston can push up to 12 blocks in a line, but it cannot pull blocks back with it.

Pushes up to 12 blocks in a single direction.
Cannot move extremely tough blocks like obsidian and bedrock.
Combine one with a slimeball to craft a sticky piston, which can pull one block back.

How to get the Piston

You can only get a Piston by crafting it. The recipe uses 3 wooden planks, 4 cobblestone, 1 iron ingot, and 1 redstone dust.
