About Snow Block

A Snow Block is a full, solid block of packed snow. Unlike the thin snow layers that cover the ground, it works like a normal building block. It gives off no light and has no redstone effect, so it is mainly used as a clean white block for winter builds and decoration.

Snow blocks can also be packed and unpacked. Breaking one without Silk Touch drops four snowballs, making it useful for compact snowball storage. You can build a snow golem by stacking two snow blocks and placing a carved pumpkin or jack o'lantern on top.
