- Oxidized Copper Bulb requires a crafting table to craft.
About the Oxidized Copper Bulb
The Oxidized Copper Bulb is the final, most weathered stage of the Copper Bulb. It still works as a redstone-controlled light, but it is the dimmest version, giving off a light level of 4 when switched on.
Like other copper bulbs, a redstone pulse toggles it on or off. Since it is fully oxidized, it will not weather any further. You can wax it with honeycomb to lock it in this state, or scrape it with an axe to move it back one stage toward a brighter bulb.
How to get the Oxidized Copper Bulb
You do not craft this block directly. Leave a standard Copper Bulb placed in the world and it will slowly oxidize through exposed and weathered stages until it reaches this final state. You can also find Oxidized Copper Bulbs already generated in Trial Chambers. If you need the base bulb first, craft it from copper blocks, a blaze rod, and redstone dust.
