About the Waxed Exposed Copper Bulb
The Waxed Exposed Copper Bulb is a redstone-controlled light source locked at its second oxidation stage. When powered, it gives off a mid-brightness glow of light level 12, dimmer than a fresh Copper Bulb but brighter than the later weathered stages.
Like other copper bulbs, it toggles on or off each time it receives a redstone pulse. Because it is waxed, it will never oxidise further, so its appearance and light level stay the same. This makes it useful for builds where you want a fixed copper colour and predictable lighting.
How to get the Waxed Exposed Copper Bulb
You get this bulb by waxing an Exposed Copper Bulb with honeycomb. You can combine the two in a crafting grid or use honeycomb directly on the bulb. It is not found naturally in chests, so you will need to let a Copper Bulb oxidise to the exposed stage and then wax it before it weathers further.
